Find My Sexy is a 365-day daily practice program for women in their 40s experiencing low desire — primarily those in long-term relationships where the desire went quiet rather than disappeared.

The premise: most of these women don’t need a better relationship strategy. They need conditions their nervous system hasn’t had for a while. The program creates those conditions gradually, over a year, with 5–10 minute daily practices.

What it’s built on

Nagoski’s dual control model (brakes vs. accelerators — almost always a brakes problem in this demographic)
Responsive desire research (Basson; Brotto’s MBCST work)
Somatic interoception and polyvagal framing
Perimenopause physiology framed honestly — testosterone decline, vaginal dryness, sleep architecture changes
Deliberate avoidance of: “spice things up” framing, partner-centric language, body-improvement narratives, wellness-jargon aestheticisation

What it’s not

Not therapy. Not a relationship intervention. Not partner-facing. Not a substitute for clinical care around dyspareunia, trauma, GSM, HSDD differential, or hormonal assessment.

It’s an adjunct. Clients do 5–10 minutes between sessions in their own time, and the material is structured so it complements rather than duplicates what happens in your room.

The program exists because the existing resources for women in their 40s on low desire were mostly designed for a different version of the problem — aimed at a 25-year-old who had desire and lost it, not a 45-year-old whose desire changed shape when the conditions around her did.
